1967-2017 Celebrating 50 years of God's Grace through worship, nurture & outreach!
As a member of the Evangelical Lutheran Church of America (ELCA), we extend a warm welcome to all who worship with us or use our facilities. We hope you experience God’s presence through our hospitality. Our worship services are at 9:15am each Sunday. All are welcome to receive Holy Communion. We are lead by our amazing Pastor Mary Ubuntu whose sermons consistently offer us a vibrant understanding of the Gospel to lead us in our daily lives. Join us for worship anytime! Our congregation is committed to outreach both near and far. We are active partners with two congregations: with Reformation Lutheran Church in the inner city of Milwaukee, and with the Kikwe Congregation in Tanzania. In the fall of each year we celebrate these partnerships at our Harvest Faire, where we raise money to support our brothers and sisters in these congregations in big ways. Resurrection is a “Reconciling in Christ” congregation. “Reconciling in Christ” is the designation that this congregation affirms persons of all sexual orientations and gender identities. We daily affirm that Christ lives in each person. Come celebrate God’s grace with us! For more information, check out our website: www.rlcnb.net Or Call us 262-786-8880

Thinking of this sweet girl this morning and how special a gift we have in her. This really made my day a few years back and as I’m going through everything I came across this art work that she made and gave me. It really brightened my day on the front of my fridge for a long time! Wishing her Momma a wonderful Mother’s Day with her and her brothers!
Hello RLC family and friends! Service this morning will be cancelled. If you have to leave your homes today please stay safe and let's all say a prayer of thanks this morning for warm homes and pray for one another. See you next Sunday for worship as usual at 9:15!
He is Risen! Join us today for breakfast at 8am and service to follow at 9:15. All are welcome!
This year Resurrection’s Lenten focus will be around the Prayer Wall, our own version of the Wailing Wall in Jerusalem. Pastor Mary shared with us a comment from a Rabbi who said that the tears and longings of all the people who gather at that Wall each year continues to make the place holy. We invite you to bring your longings with you and your tears as well. Throughout Lent you can place them in the crevices of our Prayer Wall. On Good Friday, these holy prayers will be removed and placed in a bowl with incense and burned. Our prayers will rise like incense as an evening sacrifice. We hope you will join us on our Lenten Journey at 12400 W. Cold Spring Road, New Berlin, WI 53151. All Wednesdays during Lent we host a soup supper at 6 PM and services start at 7 PM. Sunday services start at 9:15 AM
Today we celebrate our Pastor Mary Ubuntu on her birthday! Thank you for teaching us all so much about God's grace over the last 15 years and truly living the Word through your never ending love and kindness!
We will be having our Longest Night Service Thursday December 21st at 6:30 pm. A time of healing for those dealing with loss this holiday season. All are welcome! Cookies and fellowship following, we hope you can join us and maybe invite a friend in need of the Hope this season brings.
